Great service! Customer service was excellent, they kept me updated on the progress of my car. When it came to paper work, Henil explained everything clearly. The repair world is completely new to me, so it felt safe to leave my Jeep there. The car looks brand new post repairs, would definitely recommend taking your ICBC claims or any car injuries to them!

I must say 24 HR Collision is the best in town where they have fixed my car and did body work for the car. Someone just hit and run my car while in the parking so the front was badly damaged from inside and has been fixed carefully however there were some issues not major while picking up the car that was just a bit inconvenience but they did a great job and also assisted me for fulfilling my small querries thats awesome🤌🏻. I would definitely suggest others for this place if you have any bodywork needs to be done in your car. I am very specific for my car and i would definitely say they did an excellent work. Most thanks to Henil who assisted me on each step of the repair along with timely update without even asking which shows his professionalism 💯.

Over the years of any vehicle damage I’ve had to deal with they have been the best at getting things done quick and efficiently. They really turn unfortunate situations into reassuring ones with their professionalism and customer care.

The staff are funny and friendly, they really make you feel valued and accommodated. Any vehicle I’ve taken there has come back in mint condition, and they provide an easy to read breakdown of all work completed for your records.

A bonus that I appreciate from them is the detail work they provide upon pick up of your vehicle so you can enjoy that new car smell!
