As I was asked to leave a review, here is my honest experience with Windshield Surgeons South Edmonton.
I have previously taken my Sonata to another Edmonton location and had nothing but great things to say about them. They were professional, clean, and I was very happy with the service. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about my experience at the south-side location.
When I arrived, I was given the price for the windshield, which I had no issue with. I was also told there could be an additional charge of almost $40 for new molding if it was needed. I happened to be sitting where I could watch the work being done, and when the existing molding was removed, there didn't appear to be much effort made to preserve it. An end was grabbed and it was essentially yanked off. The $40 itself isn't a huge concern, but if replacing the molding is effectively standard procedure, I would rather simply be told upfront that it's part of the cost instead of being told it will only be charged "if needed."
What bothered me more was the level of professionalism. At one point I came around the corner and saw a female employee playfully holding my passenger door shut while a male employee was inside my truck, essentially preventing him from getting out. They may have just been joking around with each other, but when it's happening with a customer's vehicle, it doesn't come across as particularly professional.
After the work was completed, I paid and went outside to find my truck parked with the engine off but the transmission still in Drive.
Then I got inside. I understand this is a 20-year-old work truck, and I'm certainly not expecting anyone to detail it. However, I know the condition it was in when I dropped it off. There was grit, dirt and debris from the windshield removal left across my dash and center console. When you're paying for a professional service, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the mess created during that service to be cleaned up. Even a quick vacuum or wipe-down would have made a significant difference.
The windshield itself may be fine, but the overall experience left me disappointed. Between the additional molding charge, the conduct around my vehicle, finding the truck left in Drive, and the mess left inside, I expected a more professional level of service.
Based on this experience, I probably will not return to the South Edmonton location. My experience at the other Edmonton location was considerably better.

I stopped by on Jul 29 as I wanted a windshield replacement as my current one was not clear to see with at night, scratched up and I wanted to get a tint job on my car soon.

I've had a good experience from their representatives since the beginning starting with Carlson. He was very helpful and friendly.

I was able to be booked in that same day and met Jasmine, their front desk lady. She is very kind, welcoming and I admired how she was able to naturally make you feel comfortable, even if she's got like twenty things she needs to do like speak to a guest while picking up the phone at the same time. She was also very knowledgeable about the car services and beyond as she also gave me tips as I was planning on a repaint job soon for rust on my roof.

Also, when I was there if they could pop open my rear door interior piece as my door didn't seem to work with power locks or power windows. They were more than kind and accommodating with my request as they reassured me it wasn't any bother, and it is only like thirty seconds. I wish I got the name of the nice man and lady representative working on my car so I could thank them here.

Most importantly, I loved that they treat people and their cars with great care. I've especially noticed that as that when they were removing the interior trim and my window regulator for my rear door for me and they went as far as double taping front and back with strong tape to make sure my window doesn't fall down.

They also took the effort to cleanly wipe my side and rear view mirrors which really shows how much the team cares even down to the smallest details.

I highly recommend coming here.

Also the nano coat is fantastic, especially with all of these sudden weather changes recently. Can't wait to try out this coating in winter. I also love my windshield. Very satisfied. Somehow they had my 2001 acura el windshield in stock that day. Never ceases to amaze me.

They were SO quick! Great customer service, every person on the phone and in person was top notch at serving efficiently, knowledgably and cheerfully. I highly recommend this as a wonderful reliable place for repairs and best of all it was done in half the time. Great job everyone 😄 (the picture attached is how I brought it in and they took the tape off and my kids said it was better than new since it didn't have fingerprints everywhere like the other side) Kid approved repair job!

I had my 2018 Ford F-150 windshield replaced at Windshield Surgeons Auto Glass in Northside Edmonton, and I’m very happy with the service. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. The shop did an excellent job, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The price was fair, and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

My new windshield is leaking really bad after having it replaced. Large drops of came out of the rear view mirror area and falling on my console.

Everything from getting a qoute / estimate, , booking, the work done and payment at the desk. Very honest business, all explained very well, no surprises, no pressure sales. Very accomodating to all my questions.

This was such a pleasant experience. The customer service was impeccable from the first phone call all the way through leaving the parking lot. All the staff members were friendly and pleasant to work with. Nadeem at the front desk though was absolutely golden. The way that he handled so many different customer service situations so smoothly and easily was incredible. His kindness, positivity and calm demeanor truly created a smooth process for many customers that I saw.

Absolutely amazing place. They have that old school customer satisfaction attitude where if they can help you out they will. I came to get my side mirror glass put back on which they normally don’t do or have a billing process for but they were able to do it. I will come back here for all my glass needs. Such great service that is hard to find now days.

Yay, I can see through my windshield again lol. I very much enjoyed the windshield surgeons they were very friendly and if you said no to something they didn’t push it which is good cuz that pisses me off. Have two pics of my old one then the new one

Great experience. Fast and great customer service. The warranty they offer for 100$ is well worth it, 2 free chip repairs and 1 windshield replacement!

Convenient location, plenty of things to do while waiting, the waiting area is also comfortable.
