Amazing service, got me in same day when I let them know I was leaving for vacation the next day. Dealt with my insurance for me so I didn’t have to do anything except show up and pick up my car all repaired. Highly recommend!

We used UniglassPlus to do a windshield repair from a rock. The entire process as A+ from start to finish. Very professional service. Called in for windshield replacement quote and was quickly given all my options. They had my car in and out within the day. Properly programmed the sensors. Family run operation. I was lucky enough to sit down with the owners father to chat while I waited.

I recently visited an Uniglass Plus for windshield replacement, and my experience with them was excellent from start to finish. The service was smooth, the process was clear, and the team was genuinely helpful throughout.
A special mention goes to John, who manages most of the communication. He’s incredibly trustworthy and guided me through every step. My insurance covered for an OEE class glass but decided to pivot to an OEM class. The switch was handled seamlessly, and the additional cost was reasonable and clearly explained. I really appreciated the transparency.
After the installation, I did notice a slight sound coming from the glass once I left the facility. I called John right away, and he calmly explained that it should settle within two to three days — and that’s exactly what happened. The issue resolved on its own, just as he said.
Their central Toronto location is convenient, and the overall service quality was top-tier. I’m very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend them to anyone considering an auto glass change or repair.

Coming here was a welcome relief. My windshield got cracked by a rock and it started to spread. Drove straight here and they said I needed a new windshield. John took care of everything, he called my insurance company and said I only needed to pay him the deductible of $500 I wouldn’t ever have to deal with the insurance people. Car was ready really quick and the new windshield looks great. Thank you John for helping us get through this so easily.
