Excellent service and a great experience. Our car window was damaged during a break-in, and the staff here were extremely helpful.
The receptionist was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the technician was equally kind and helpful. They assisted us right away and repaired the window quickly and efficiently.
We truly appreciate how courteous and supportive everyone was. The fast service made a difficult situation much easier for us. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and professional auto glass service!

I'm from out of town and I have very limited French. I walked in the door with an emergency rear windshield replacement and Jacques himself greeted me. He noted me struggling with French and switched to English. They had my car done in 3 hours, even though it meant they had to drive to a different location to pick up the windshield. They were friendly and kind. They were businesslike, they kept me in the loop with a couple of phone calls through the day to let me know how it was progressing. I recommend this shop to absolutely anyone. They are just fantastic

While visiting Montreal, the side window of our SUV was smashed while it was parked overnight. From the moment we called, the team was compassionate, helpful, and professional. They took our vehicle in right away and replaced the glass faster than we expected. Their outstanding service quickly turned a stressful situation into a smooth, efficient, and positive experience. We are truly grateful for their excellent work and would highly recommend them!

Two nights ago I got a big stone chip on the windshield and I brought it to Vitres Jacques to get it fixed. I got an appointment the day after. Impeccable service. Efficient and they share their knowledges! I would recommend to anyone! Thanks again!

Great phone service(with Rosie I believe), great in person service with the kind lady at the reception who offered me coffee. Very informative , helpful, and polite. Had a chip on my windshield and it was repaired pretty quickly and efficiently. The owner is experienced. Well deserved 5 star.
