We just had the windshield in our motor home replaced. It took some time for them to source the replacement, but once they did it was a very fast and efficient job that they did. We are extremely happy with the excellent customer service and the end result. They are very accommodating and treat you with respect, a rare experience in this day and age.. Great job,Thank you

Just had a great experience with Ottawa Auto Glass. They were super responsive, very flexible and actually came and did the windshield replacement at my place of work, which was so convenient. It took about 40 mins from start to finish. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

They helped me with a last minute windshield replacement after my hood flipped up and smashed it. He was extremely accommodating after i had other issues with my vehicle causing delays in my arrival and even helped me start it back up afterwards. Additionally he had the best prices in a large area of shops that i checked, and the turn around time was extremely fast.

Exceptional service. That sums up our interaction. We asked them to repair the windshield of our Hyundai car. They needed to postpone dure to the extreme stores we had. They came the 2 days later. The 2 guys were extreamly professional , the quality of work was exceptional and I was blown away with cost.
All arround the best choice we made.

Can't say enough good. Booked an appointment, Alex called to say the stock was wrong and would have to push it back a day. I wasn't happy. He called back 15 minutes later and made arrangements to drive out and change the glass in the parking lot during sons practice time. What else needs to be said.
