So I had the unfortunate happen. I needed to get my Corvette fixed because someone hit it. I couldn’t trust just anyone. The majority of places I was referred to didn’t answer the phone or text so I couldn’t trust them with my car.
Keizers answered the phone, as it happened I knew that voice. The entire team treated my car like I do. They took extra care about the car. They kept me informed about every step via text or if I called they were right on top of it.
Thank you to the entire team. To the mechanic who had to boost my bad battery to the front staff who helped organize it. Everyone in between thank you.

CSN Keizer's are excellent. They are welcoming, professional and took the time to explain everything in detail.
I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. When I picked up my car it looked beautiful, clean and you would never know it had been damaged.

The service was most satisfactory to me in all respects. We had our first conversation very shortly after reporting the incident and the car was picked up the next day by Kaiser. Throughout the process, the Kaiser staff kept in touch with me to report progress. the articulation between the insurance company, the car rental company and the car repair shop. We're very effective.

I had damage from a hit-and-run up one side of my new car.
My insurance company suggested CSN Keizer's Halifax, and what a great suggestion!

They went above and beyond helping us through this.
Everyone I interacted with has been friendly, professional, and kind.
Ramona gave me more information on my first call than I had been able to get from my insurance company, and she and Lindsay coached me through the entire process.
I received updates from start to finish. The car is shiny clean and wonderfully-repaired. There is absolutely no sign of the damage
They arranged the car rental pickup and return, taking one more layer of concern away from me.
My husband, Terry, was also very impressed with how friendly and professional Lindsay was when she spoke with him on the phone.
I will certainly be recommending CSN Keizer's Halifax to anyone who needs bodywork!

Absolutely over the moon with the work Chris Hardy did on my 2014 Evo. He was very friendly and eager to help upon check in, kept me updated with repairs as they happened and told me everything he was going to be doing when I dropped the car off. Repairs were immaculate and my car was meticulously waxed and clean when I picked it up. I could not be happier with the service I received. A+

Update: I returned to kaisers for a windshield replacement. The cost estimates were accurate, they coordinated my rental car for me, and the ladies at the front desk were 10/10, would have brunch with; friendly and helpful, very easy process

Update 2: Car got hit yet again, and it was the same easy process. They coordinate with enterprise to get me my rental, everything was easy and straight forward, the repair work was flawless. They’re my go to. Great work, CSN K!
