Fast, professional, with fair pricing!! Couldn't be happier finding Shane to help us out with our SUVs back window. Not only did he respond on the weekend, but he allowed us to drop the vehicle off one night before the job, which was so convenient and thoughtful about incoming rain.

Shane did an excellent job fitting my windshield quickly today. I would definitely recomend BP Mobile Auto Glass for their service. The new windshield is perfect and I love that the work is guaranteed too!

He came all the way out to Sooke, which made the whole process so much easier. Even made sure my driving position wasn't changed, which was really appreciated. All-in a great service and I will use them again if I every need it. Thanks again!

Don't bother trying to get this guy to do your windshield! He's completely unreliable and makes up prices out of thin air I had a glass guy that would do all my windshields for me and my customers regularly and did a great job but he moved away and told me to call this guy. At first he gave me a good price and said he could do it right away. I took the day off work and got my van all prepared, and booked it for a ICBC inspection on the following Monday and he was going to come saturday. He waited till 10:00 p.m. the night before to tell me oh the windshield didn't show up. I thought that seemed pretty weird that he would say that at 10:00 p.m. the night before he was supposed to come do the job but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Then he said Wednesday is the best he could do. I asked if you could do it sooner because he had already promised me sooner and I really need the van back on the road because this one is my personal work van that got pulled off the road for safety violations and it needed a new windshield and brakes and the brakes are done and all I need is this guy to come do my windshield so I can insure it again after spending thousands of dollars on it. Obviously I could pay hundreds of dollars to tow it somewhere and get a windshield done but normally I have a mobile guy come do my windshields and I need a guy to do my windshields for my customers on a regular basis because I do auto body repair but not glass. Next thing I know he's texting me again saying he can't make it Wednesday now and that the windshield is going to cost more now. He says his distributor broke the first one that's why he couldn't come Saturday and now he's saying that they broke the second windshield. Personally I don't believe him and I think he's full of beans and it's just lazy and doesn't want to drive out here to do my windshield. I offered this guy steady work and he still gave me the runaround and started raising the price. Now he's trying to get $100 more than all the other shops. I guess I'll be towing my van to one of those shops that said they can get the glass overnight no problem and their price is $100 less than this guy, and I won't have to listen to all the BS excuses and lies. As a professional in the business I would say steer clear of BP glass and this guy that owns it because he's unreliable, makes up prices, makes up excuses that aren't real, as if his distributor broke the windshield twice. I would recommend you look somewhere else if you're looking to get a windshield repaired or replaced

Very communicative, and super nice guy. Did a very good job. Had some surface rust, but he grinded it down for me and put the new one on.
