I brought in a badly damaged vehicle which was close to being written off. The guys worked their magic and made some adjustments. When I walked in to pick up my vehicle, I walked right past it. I did not recognize it as mine. خوید Large Grand Caravan looks brand new. Some of the things that were not covered by ICBC just needed a quick little buff. They even offered for me to drop in and they would see what they could do, no charge. They went the extra mile, and when situations came up, they went another mile. Overall, I was happy. The passenger panel right to the bumper was all crashed in. It now looks new.

My experience with these guys has been an absolute disgusting joke! I brought my truck in for two icbc claims that required the whole vehicle to be painted and icbc was paying for the whole vehicle to be painted.. the truck had a couple very small easy fix dings from before and I was informed that they would just be spraying over the existing damage unless I paid cash to fix them (who does that?) The appraiser gave me a quote of $1500 to do the extra work which I thought was high because the dings weren't very significant (I have done a lot of body work in my life and car restorations!) But I still agreed. Then the appraiser messed up one of my claims. He got fired. No one ever phoned me back to schedule the work instead I had to track them down. That took six months! They said they wanted to take another look after i straightened it all out. I was met by a younger super cocky new appraiser who now more than doubled the cash estimate which was already being over charged and icbc was obviously paying for most of the work anyways... I checked out their tiny shop crammed with cars not much room to move around and all of them apart and disorganized. These are not professionals its a bunch of kids pretending... I know poor work and gouging when I see it and experience it. They wasted six months of my life and theres not a chance in hell I would let them touch my vehicle after this experience!

Jodi was accommodating, answering many of my questions and promptly ordering the glass for me, even though it was located in Nanaimo. The day after my appointment, the Vancouver Island Glass staff installed my rear windshield and took great care to clean up any residue in the trunk and underneath it. I am delighted with this level of service, speed, and the quality of the parts they used. Other repair shops had appointments available only at the end of October, and I could not possibly go through weeks of rainy weather with my rear glass wholly damaged. If you urgently need glass repair, choosing this place will never be a mistake.

Someone had driven into my parked car and damaged the front bumper and side panel. I brought my car to Limas for repair and from start to finish it was a fantastic experience.

Chris in the front office was extremely helpful and great with communication. I am very happy with the quality work that was completed on my car. Hopefully I won’t have another reason to come back here but if I did, I would 10/10 bring my car here again. Highly recommend this shop!
